Zero Tolerance for Unauthorized Redistribution

Layer Supply maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward the unauthorized sharing, resale, reproduction or redistribution of our digital products.

Purchasing a Layer Supply product grants you a license to use the included assets in accordance with the applicable license terms. It does not transfer ownership of the original files or grant the right to redistribute them.

Unless otherwise stated, Layer Supply products, assets, previews, graphics and original content are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• Share purchased or downloaded assets with other individuals, teams or organizations outside the scope of the applicable license.
• Upload or distribute our files through file-sharing websites, forums, cloud folders, torrents, social platforms or similar services.
• Resell, sublicense, republish or redistribute our assets, whether individually, modified, repackaged or as part of another asset collection.
• Make Layer Supply source files available for others to download, extract or reuse.
• Claim Layer Supply assets or products as your own.

Using our assets in finished creative work is permitted where covered by your license. Redistributing the underlying assets themselves is not.

Monitoring & Enforcement

Layer Supply reserves the right to investigate suspected copyright infringement, license abuse and unauthorized redistribution.

Where infringement is identified, we may take appropriate action including:

• Filing DMCA or other copyright takedown notices.
• Requesting removal of infringing content from websites, marketplaces, hosting providers and social platforms.
• Issuing cease and desist notices.
• Suspending or restricting access to Layer Supply products or services where applicable.
• Pursuing compensation, injunctive relief or other remedies available under applicable law in serious cases.

We reserve the right to preserve relevant transaction, licensing and infringement records where reasonably necessary to protect and enforce our rights.

Commercial Use Does Not Mean Redistribution

Many Layer Supply products include a commercial-use license.

This allows you to use the assets within eligible finished creative projects, including commercial client work, subject to the applicable license terms.

A commercial license does not grant permission to resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the original Layer Supply files.

The assets must remain part of a finished creative work and may not be made available in a form where they can be extracted, downloaded or reused as standalone assets.

DMCA & Copyright Takedowns

Where applicable, Layer Supply may use procedures provided under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent copyright enforcement mechanisms in other jurisdictions to request the removal of unauthorized copies of our work.

We may also submit infringement reports directly to hosting providers, marketplaces, search engines, social networks, payment providers and other relevant platforms.

If you discover Layer Supply products being shared, sold or distributed without authorization, please report it to:

Where possible, include:

• A link to the infringing content.
• Screenshots or other relevant evidence.
• The name of the website, account or seller involved.
• Any additional information that may help us investigate.
